SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team at First Team Automotive Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate financial records. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our commitment to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles.
  • Experience with Paychex or similar payroll software is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.

  • Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing.

  • Prepare journal entries for payroll-related expenses.
  • Assist with accounts receivable as needed to support financial operations.
  • Analyze payroll data to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
