POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to provide backup support for payroll processing and assist with invoicing. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintain employee records, and help with administrative accounting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or office administration preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll practices and invoicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/payroll software (an asset).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

    Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
