We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team and assist in managing all aspects of our payroll operations. In this role, you will process bi-weekly payroll for a large and diverse employee base, ensuring accuracy in all employee information, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes. You will also administer payroll-related benefits, respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, and assist in resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you will prepare and file year-end payroll tax returns while staying informed about local payroll laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of payroll administration experience, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and payroll software such as Payworks. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws
  • Proficient in payroll software, such as Payworks or Paychex
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE:

    Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
