We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and supporting the overall human resources function. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in payroll software.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of accounts payable processes and their relation to payroll functions.
  • Previous experience in human resources or payroll administration is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
