Description:
GENERAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in accounting, finance, or payroll is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll software and timekeeping systems.

- Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to the Payroll Manager
- Assist in processing payroll according to established pay cycles.
- Help resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Time Card Verification and Approval
- Review and verify the accuracy of time cards before payroll processing.
- Ensure that hours worked, overtime, and absences are correctly recorded and authorized.
- Coordinate with supervisors and employees to correct any discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing and Compliance
- Enter and update payroll-related data in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Prepare reports and assist with payroll audits as needed.
- General Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized payroll records and documentation.
- Assist with employee payroll-related requests.
- Support other HR and finance-related tasks as needed.
