Phi International, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our finance team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities Process and prepare payroll accurately and timely for all employees. Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with company and legal requirements. Calculate wages, deductions, and benefits according to applicable laws and company policies. Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with HR and finance departments for new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll data. Ensure all payroll taxes and related reports are filed correctly and on time. Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed. High school diploma required; associate's degree or certification in accounting or payroll administration is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles. Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Good organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations is preferred.
