Are you passionate about payroll and delivering real impact alongside a great team? Findex is seeking a Payroll Consultant to join our Managed Payroll team. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals with backgrounds from outsourced payroll, Big 4 & mid-tier accounting, and large commercial organisations. In this role, you’ll manage payroll for clients across industries such as NFP, airline, mining, agricultural, and professional services, with payroll sizes from 1 to 1,000 employees. Both local and international clients rely on you to deliver accurate, compliant payroll every time. Your role, your contribution! Work closely with the payroll team to process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls Manage client relationships including attending meetings and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Continuously develop a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation so our clients remain compliant The benefits of joining us! Previous experience in fast paced payroll environment will be highly regarded Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, providing support and assistance to other team members Ability to work to deadlines and have a genuine customer service first focus Experience using Payroll Metrics or Keypay payroll systems is preferable, but not essential Computer literacy across a range of Microsoft products, in particular Excel If this role sounds like a good fit - Apply now!
