Description

We are looking for a Payroll Controller to assist in managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring that all payments are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient payroll operations. Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation (IL 101 and 161 forms). Support the preparation, review, and validation of monthly payroll data across various countries before management approval. Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing. Verify variable components such as bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions. Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation. Help ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements. Provide support in payroll audits and year-end reporting. Handle payroll-related queries from employees. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a high-tech company. Certified Senior Payroll Accountant Diploma (institute of certified public accountants). Deep knowledge of Israeli payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor compliance. Strong Excel skills - must. Experience with Hilan - advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
