SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Location: Worcester County, MA (Onsite, with occasional remote flexibility)

An established and rapidly growing organization based in Worcester County, MA is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for several hundred employees. This is a critical role within the HR/Finance team, requiring a high level of attention to detail, compliance knowledge, and a drive for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, with strong exposure to multi-state payroll.
• Prevailing wage experience is required.
• Demonstrated initiative in identifying areas for process improvement.

  Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
