JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in payroll calculations, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with payroll systems. The Payroll Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our employees by ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Job Duties include:

  • Process Biweekly payrolls
  • Verify Employee timesheets
  • Assist with HRIS implementation
  • Generate payroll reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes,
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure there is proper documentation
  • Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
  • Prior experience in HR administration and payroll support preferred
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; experience with HRIS systems a plus
  • Experience with payroll software

Pay rate commensurate on experience and qualifications.
