  • Schedule: In-Office M-F 8am-5pm

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, data entry, and corporate accounting, along with proficiency in financial software/CRM.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software/CRM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity through meticulous data entry.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review and audits.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Update invoices when necessary.
  • Assist recruiting team with sourcing candidates.
