Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

  • End-to-end Australian payroll experience in medium to large organizations, including awards and EAs.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and superannuation requirements and employment entitlements.
  • Experienced with Preceda and Kronos (highly regarded).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for payroll data and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and in a team
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a payroll coordinator with strong payroll expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills to deliver accurate, high-quality, and timely payroll services to I-MED Network employees, managers, and the broader business. The role will ensure compliance and operational efficiency, while providing exceptional customer service to foster engagement and enhance satisfaction across the I-MED organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Payroll Processing: Accurately and promptly process employee fortnightly payroll, ensuring timely disbursement of salaries, wages, and other entitlements in line with company standards.
  • Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, data privacy regulations, and I-MED standards.
  • Payroll Reporting: Generate and deliver accurate payroll reports to the Business unit management to support informed decision-making and operational transparency.
  • Stakeholder Support & Customer Service: Provide timely, professional, and confidential responses to payroll-related queries from staff, medical professionals, and management, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  • Superannuation Administration: Manage employee, superannuation contributions, and third-party payment processes, ensuring full compliance with legislative and organizational requirements.
  • Professional Development & Team Contribution: Participate in learning & development, payroll initiatives, team activities, and Payroll’s communication strategy.
