About the Opportunity

  • Prepare and process biweekly payroll
  • Establish and maintain all related paper and electronic personnel files
  • Assist with year-end payroll-related activities and T4 preparation
  • Manage in-house time and attendance system
  • Generate Records of Employment

About You

  • Post-secondary education in payroll, accounting or related field; must have a payroll certification
  • At least 3 years’ payroll administration experience in a multi-province environment
  • Exposure to ADP Payworks is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills with hands-on proficiency in pivot tables and v-lookups knowledge required
