Celebrate the Win – We recognize hard work and success Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and precise Payroll Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring that all federal, state, and local compliance requirements are met. You will work closely with our HR and Accounting teams to ensure payroll runs smoothly and our team members are paid accurately and on time. What You’ll Do Process weekly payroll for all employees, including hourly, salaried, and commission-based pay Maintain and update employee records including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and benefits deductions Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, including overtime and PTO tracking Collaborate with HR to manage benefit deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping Prepare and distribute W-2s, 1099s, and other required tax documents Assist with month-end reporting and audits as needed Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information at all times What We’re Looking For Prior experience in payroll administration Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax requirements Experience with payroll software (QuickBooks, Paychex, or similar; ServiceTitan knowledge is a plus) Excellent organizational and time management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Career growth opportunities – We promote from within Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, family-oriented team culture Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays A company culture that values you and your work Join a Winning Team If you're a dependable and detail-driven Payroll Coordinator who thrives on accuracy and efficiency, and you want to grow with a company that values your work, we want to meet you.
