Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day payroll operations for Ziff Davis employees in the EMEA region. The Payroll Coordinator will collaborate with and assist the EMEA Payroll manager in maintaining a seamless payroll function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination, payroll processing, or a similar role.
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field experience in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations for the EMEA region.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience working with global payroll platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international payroll laws and regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Process and manage the payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR to update payroll information related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and other financial obligations.
  • Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information.
  • Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accurate postings to financial systems.
  • Coordinate with external payroll providers as necessary for specific regions and countries.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll-related legislation and compliance requirements.
