Description Payroll Execution Specialist Salary Starting at $65,000, with final pay dependent on candidate’s experience and education. About the Role Tagg N Go Car Wash is hiring a Payroll Execution Specialist to fully own end-to-end payroll, the HRIS platform, and all people related reporting. This is not a transactional role. This is a precision role. This role owns the paycheck, the system that produces it, and the reporting leadership relies on. From system configuration to final payroll approval, this position is responsible for ensuring payroll and HR data are accurate, compliant, and trusted every pay period. What You Will Own Own bi weekly, multi state payroll with full accountability for accuracy, compliance, and on time delivery Serve as the sole owner of the HRIS system, including configuration, data structure, workflows, security, integrations, updates, and downstream impacts Own all payroll and people related reporting, delivering accurate, consistent, decision ready data to HR and leadership Validate hours, pay rates, deductions, and payroll changes prior to submission Conduct pre and post payroll audits and design payroll controls to prevent errors and ensure compliance Reconcile large data sets across payroll, timekeeping, and systems to maintain data integrity Analyze payroll and labor data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and risk Translate payroll and workforce data into insights that support forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and decision making Requirements What We Are Looking For Minimum of 5 or more years of hands on experience owning multi state payroll Proven accountability for payroll accuracy, audits, and reporting outcomes Advanced Excel expertise, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll taxes, and compliance requirements Detail driven individual who verifies data and resolves issues before payroll is finalized Analytical problem solver who challenges data that does not look right and fixes root causes Clear communicator who can explain payroll data findings to leadership, and build trust Position Details Full-time, exempt In office role at the St. George Support Office, with up with 25% travel Prolonged periods of standing, walking and desk work High accountability role with direct impact on employee trust Why This Role Matters Payroll accuracy drives employee confidence.
