We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “Payroll Executive" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul. Job Description Managing all end-to-end payroll processes. Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, leave, incentives, and all legal payroll components. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Maintaining and continuously improving the operation of HR systems; Supporting the implementation of new HR Information Systems (HRIS) modules and digital HR processes Ensuring compliance with the Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures, and payroll legislation Preparing documents for internal and external audits Collaborating closely with HR teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 6 years of experience in payroll, HR reporting, and/or HR systems Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law, SGK practices, incentives, and related legislation Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools Experience with HRIS platforms, especially HRWEB and Passgage Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Job-Category: Talent & Culture Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
