Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including end-to-end payroll management. This includes preparing and processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting management with payroll reports and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll Preparation & Processing
  • Collect and verify payroll data including attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions, and allowances.
  • Prepare monthly payroll and process salary disbursements through WPS.
  • Ensure accuracy of end-of-service settlements, gratuity, and other entitlements.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure payroll complies with UAE Labor Law and WPS requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports for Finance and Management.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for audit purposes.
  • HR & Employee Support
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and entitlements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
  • Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation and timely disbursement.
  • HR Generalist Functions
  • Manage employee leaves, medical insurance, and HR-related policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE regulations.
