JOB DESCRIPTION

The Payroll And Finance Executive will manage financial operations (70%) and support HR functions (30%) to ensure efficient organizational performance. This dual role involves handling financial reporting, profit and loss management, budgeting, and payroll, while also managing HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR Management.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a dual Finance and HR role.
  • Experience in profit and loss management and payroll processing is essential.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
    Experience:

Zohobooks experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES (70%):

  • Profit and Loss Management:
  • Monitor and analyze the company’s profit and loss statements.
  • Provide monthly financial reports and insights to management.
  • Identify areas to improve profitability and reduce costs.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Accounts Management:
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections.
  • Compliance and Audits:
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Process employee payroll, including deductions and incentives.
  • Manage benefits programs such as insurance and gratuity.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES (40%):

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote engagement initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across departments.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent management.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
