Description
  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about accuracy, confidentiality, and delivering exceptional internal service to employees and leaders. You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities * Verify accuracy of all financial postings, payroll entries, and supporting documentation. * Maintain and secure employee payroll records, files, and confidential documents. * Record, store, and analyze computerized financial and payroll data. * Prepare, maintain, and distribute payroll, accounting, and audit reports. * Review and reconcile time punches, hours worked, pay adjustments, and exceptions. * Process payroll transactions and transmit data to the payroll system as per procedures. * Compute employee wages and deductions (union dues, benefits, insurance, retirement plans, etc.). * Issue employee paychecks, earnings statements, and payroll summaries. * Provide employees and managers with guidance on payroll, taxation, benefits, and CBA provisions. * Manage batch adjustments and correct payroll discrepancies. * Configure basic settings in the time & attendance system (schedules, restrictions, punch corrections). * Ensure compliance with company policies and protect confidential and proprietary information. * Build positive working relationships and support the team to achieve common goals. * Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors.  Requirements Education & Experience * Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of payroll or finance administration experience (hospitality experience is an advantage). * Experience with payroll systems, time & attendance software, and HRIS platforms. Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory deductions, and labor regulations. * Proficiency in MS Excel and computerized payroll systems. * High numerical accuracy and strong analytical ability. * Ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
