Payroll Expert (gn) ADP GlobalView

Location: Hamburg Employment type(s): Full-time Working hours: 40 hours per week

Purpose and objective of the position: For our client, an internationally active consulting and technology company with a focus on digital transformation and business services, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (gn) ADP GlobalView at the Hamburg location, starting immediately.

In this position, you will support the operational payroll processing for an international industrial client and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll processes. The work can be performed primarily remotely. Occasional on-site visits to the Kiel location are required.

These are your tasks:

• Supporting the Payroll Operations Team with administrative tasks before and after payroll processing
• Performing data collection, completeness checks and pre-payroll validations for the respective payroll cycles.
• Comparison and reconciliation of master data between customer systems and ADP GlobalView
• Managing and maintaining the payroll calendar and ensuring timely processes.
• Conducting preliminary checks and quality assurance measures in the payroll process
• Handling of billing discrepancies, corrections and retroactive adjustments until successful resolution.
• Maintenance of error and action logs and related documentation
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the payroll environment
• Ensuring compliance with German billing-related regulations and processes
