Mission In this role, you will be responsible for the complete and correct management of the salary processes, with a direct impact on the accuracy and efficiency of HR and financial operations. You will contribute to compliance with labour and tax laws, ensuring compliance and trust in internal systems. We work in a collaborative environment with a structured and operational excellence-oriented approach. Efficient communication with employees and authorities is essential, and you will be a key point in maintaining this relationship. Your day to day Calculation of salaries, benefits and deductions according to current legislation and internal policies Manage and update the employee database Preparation and submission of tax returns and reports to authorities (D112) Managing the relationship with state institutions (ITM, ANAF, CASMB) and ensuring legal compliance Providing support to employees on wage, benefits and taxation issues Monitoring of legislative changes and their implementation in internal processes Working with other operational departments on data reconciliation and internal reporting. What you bring to the team Strong knowledge of labour law and taxation Previous experience in a similar role in Payroll (ideally at least 3 years) Advanced skills in using MS Excel and knowledge of payroll software (e.g. Charisma, etc.) Proven ability to engage with stakeholders through clear communication and prioritize customer needs Attention to detail, confidentiality and timelines University degree English - advanced level.
