Description
Ford U.S. Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused payroll analyst to work at the Payroll Service Center based in Ford Mexico. Clear communication, strong focus on employee experience, and maintaining the privacy of sensitive financial and personal information are critical requirements. Working within the Service Center environment, the analyst will handle high-volume data processing, collaborate with work partners in the resolution of complex pay discrepancies, and/or serve as a primary contact for employee payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
The analyst will handle high-volume data processing and resolve complex pay discrepancies. They will also serve as the primary contact for employee payroll-related inquiries within the Service Center.
