The HR Generalist will process weekly and bi-weekly payroll and will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives and providing comprehensive support across various HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll 2. Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process 3. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues 4. Foster a positive work environment and facilitate effective communication 5. Assist in the administration of performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees 6. Follow compliance within labor laws and HR best practices 7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working in payroll and HR
