KNOWLEDGE
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience in HR Systems
Understands of the HR Lifecycle and associated processes
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies/principles, relevant legislation and current HR trends, and HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding and other processes
Generalist HR and WHS knowledge
Understanding of employment and WHS legislation
Responsibilities:
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- have previous knowledge and experience on high volume payroll processing across multiple employing entities.
- have recent experience of end-to-end in-house payroll processing in Access Micropay (essential)
- are able to perform well in a busy working environment
- have intermediate to advanced Excel skills (essential)
- have sound knowledge of Australian payroll policies & processes, legislation, and statutory requirements (essential)
- have sound knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation (highly desirable)
