Description
The role is primarily responsible for managing the payroll process for employees in Spain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. It also provides administrative support in HR and Labour Relations, aligning with Spanish labour legislation and HR policies. This position ensures smooth payroll operations and supports employee relations in a multinational environment. Manage end-to-end payroll processes: data collection, monthly updates, tax calculations, payment validation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Maintain payroll records and update changes related to contracts, compensation, and benefits. Support implementation of labour policies (Equality Plan, Collective Bargaining Agreement). Prepare documentation for labour inspections and liaise with authorities. Monitor changes in Spanish labour law and ensure compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll and labour administration processes. Provide support during audits and internal controls. Act as a key contact for payroll and labour-related queries. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for efficient payroll operations. Stay updated on payroll laws and implement necessary updates. Provide adminnistrative support for HR projects, including maintaining employee folders and assisting with updates in internal systems Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations, Law, HR-Payroll or similar At least 3 years´ experience in HR and Payroll processes Proficiency in A3 Innuva or similar payroll software Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)" Fluent in English (essential) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical skills for payroll accuracy and compliance Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
