What we offer: * Remote work 2 days per week * Group insurance * RRSP with employer contribution * Employee assistance program * 7 personal days in addition to vacation * Employer-paid training * A strategic and structuring role You will be responsible for: * Managing employee records and HR administration Maintain up-to-date employee files, prepare employment confirmation letters and other administrative documents, and update various internal reports and documents. * Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle follow-up Participate in the onboarding of new employees, monitor probation periods, and send reminders to managers as needed. * Contributing to recruitment and staffing processes Assist with job postings, application screening, and the opening of employee files. * Managing payroll and benefits in Canada and the United States Verify the accuracy of hours worked, deductions, and benefits; prepare and process payroll; maintain payroll records; and administer group insurance, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and monthly reconciliations. * Providing employee support and contributing to company life Answer employee questions, provide guidance, and help create and coordinate social events and activities. Profile sought: * AEC in Human Resources or a related field * 3 to 5 years of experience in team management * Leadership, autonomy, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset * Payroll Management Certificate (an asset) * Knowledge of ADP WFN software (an asset) Don’t meet every requirement?
