QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management and HRIS administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll systems; experience with is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional certification in payroll or HR is preferred but not required.
