This is a permanent position.

Your Tasks

  • End to end payroll processing for employees across multiple payroll companies and several sites for both salary and wages employees.
  • Managing leave requests, terminations and new employee functionalities
  • Monitoring and reconciling payroll related calculations including superannuation, tax and salaries
  • Maintaining an up to date understanding of changes and amendments to payroll related legislation and policies
  • Completing month end reporting and additional administrative duties as required
  • End to end recruitment assistance including advertising, organising interview times, interview guides, invitations and all correspondence
  • Assisting with drafting and sending contracts
  • Administering smooth onboarding of new staff including maintaining personnel records appropriately in correct locations with high accuracy
  • Ensuring organisation charts and job descriptions are up-to-date
  • Organising pre-employment testing (including medical, psychometric, criminal etc) and actioning with HR Advisor appropriate to outcomes
  • Maintaining HR filing database & HRIS system.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of all new staff, including set up in HR systems, IT provisioning and desk set up, and diarising all onboarding meetings.
  • Other HR administration duties where required and capacity available.

    Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role encompassing HR admin and payroll

  • EXCELLENT attention to detail is essential
  • Process driven, highly organised
  • Have worked in an external/internal customer facing role
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite
  • Experience in Syspro, HumanForce, Workday & Micropay is considered desirable
