The Retirement Plan Services team will help you establish and grow your career in Workplace Solutions providing you with coaching and development to perform in this fast-paced environment.
As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting, analyzing and delivering on complex projects representing our payroll organization to help guide current and potential customers on the set up and understanding of their contribution and payroll files. You will serve as a payroll liaison and resource to client and internal stakeholders through Implementation or conversion of the plan. You will also act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with internal and external customers, analyzing complex payroll issues and is an advocate on behalf of the customer for driving positive change.
