Description

Manage customer and partner delivery for each assigned country on a project, ensuring correct payroll setup leading to successful payroll testing and live delivery. Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Solution Consultant on each project and make sure all tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed processes and project timelines. Keep the existing internal payroll knowledge base to date, reflecting the latest product/service features and capabilities. Ensure a smooth handover to Payroll Services Team for the countries assigned, providing comprehensive documentation and guidance. Take responsibility for effective communication with both customers and partners. (Available channels are email, MS Teams chats and MS Teams/Zoom calls. Ticket system is for internal use) Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders of each project. Works daily with the UKG One View platform Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents. Maintain confidential employee data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
