The Role Lead the end-to-end payroll process for contractors & permanent employees’ payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payments. (UAE, FZE, QATAR, BAHRAIN & SAUDI) Responsibilities Supervise and support the payroll team, assigning tasks and providing training as needed. Review and verify payroll data, including timesheets, expenses, new hires, deductions, adjustments etc and inform and sorting discrepancies. Apply payments in HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS Payment) Coordinate with HR and validate each employee contract to ensure current payments are in accordance with the signed Contracts. Preparing payroll coding files for finance. Providing payroll data to Audit/Finance. Ensure accurate payroll calculations in compliance with Labour Laws, including overtime, and end-of-service benefits etc Proving payroll data and approving inputs in ADP on deadlines. Manage and maintain the confidentiality of payroll data. Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns. MBA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role. Excellent knowledge of payroll principles and local regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
