QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with UKG software
• 7+ years of Payroll experience and 2+ years of Payroll Management
• Proficient Excel skills
• Experience with payroll tax compliance across various states

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee a team of 2 Payroll Specialists
• Assist with tax items/compliance across 45+ states
• Work on payroll audits
• Work heavily with the General Ledger team to ensure journal entries are captured properly
• Manage the process of automating payroll using a third party
• Assist with the implementation of UKG Workforce Management
• Minimal payroll processing; this role is focused on overseeing/management
