We are looking for a Payroll manager & Bookkeeper, passionate about finance and payroll. What You'll do Full ownership of worldwide payroll preparation (Israel, US, China). Oversee pension and employee benefits processes. Oversea AR & Collection. Assist with audit and quarterly closing support as necessary. Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures. What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of experience payroll manager. Extensive knowledge of Israeli payroll rules. Previous experience in a global company. Experience with NetSuite – an advantage. High-level of English proficiency (writing, reading, and speaking). A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The role involves full ownership of worldwide payroll preparation for Israel, the US, and China, as well as overseeing pension and employee benefits. Additionally, the position manages AR, collections, and supports audits and quarterly closing processes.
