POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager with expertise in the construction industry to oversee and manage all payroll functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor regulations, administer employee benefits, and maintain accurate payroll records while leading a dedicated team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor compliance and regulations in the construction sector.
  • Experience with payroll software and timekeeping systems.
  • Proficient in tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong reporting and auditing skills.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
