POSITION SUMMARY

The Payroll Manager plays a crucial role in managing and executing payroll operations for our U.S. employees. This position ensures timely and accurate processing that adheres to all relevant regulations. The Payroll Manager balances strategic oversight with hands-on payroll tasks. As the Dayforce system administrator, they will manage all changes and configurations within the payroll system while also overseeing timekeeping processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is vital for smooth payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, and maintaining thorough payroll records in line with company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will actively identify and correct any data entry errors to preserve the integrity of our payroll information.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing.
· Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Dayforce, ADP, Paylocity, Workday, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
· CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred but not required.
