Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for the delivery of the business as usual activities
  • Ensure that the Payroll Teams deliver to the UK Service Standards, KPI’s and metrics
  • To contribute and support the delivery of UK Operations plans
  • To manage and support the development of the payroll teams
  • To support and promote the wellbeing of the Payroll Operations Teams
  • To contribute and support the overall engagement of the department
  • Work closely with other departments to help support the success of customer lifetime loyalty
  • Report payroll delivery and performance to Payroll Operations Director
  • To be accountable for ongoing management of customer feedback and ENPS for customers
  • To be the escalation point for internal and external operational matters
  • To support the recruitment and on boarding for the department
  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring processes work effectively
  • Responsible for customer overall satisfaction of the Payroll Operation Service
  • To build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Accountable for the overall management of Payroll Operation Customers
  • To self-evaluate and recognize areas of personal development
