Role: Payroll Manager & Human Resources Specialist
Location: ROKband Pediatric HeadShape Clinics, Inc - New Westminster
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Specialist with Bookkeeping Expertise to join our team. This multifaceted role combines bookkeeping with employee-focused HR management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, performing bookkeeping tasks, and administering key HR functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, bookkeeping, and HR.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, payroll systems, and HR platforms.
- Strong understanding of provincial labor laws, payroll regulations, and best practices.
- Certification in payroll or bookkeeping (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee inquiries and foster positive relations.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
