The Payroll Manager owns end‑to‑end payroll operations for Poland, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery in a dynamic, international environment. This is a hands‑on, operational role, combining accountability for payroll outcomes with active involvement in complex cases, analyses, and day‑to‑day operational support when needed. Working closely with payroll specialists, vendors, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders, the role ensures smooth payroll execution and a high‑quality employee experience. Good knowledge of working‑time and absence regulations is essential to support the team and ensure payroll accuracy.
