We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for a large multi-state workforce. This is a long-term contract position based in Louisville, Mississippi, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processes. The position will offer hybrid/ remote work flexibility and paid travel expenses while working onsite.

• Manage and execute full-cycle payroll processes for over 500 employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll functions.
• Develop and implement payroll procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support financial planning and audits.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and apply them to company processes.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for large organizations.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage payroll for over 500 employees effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and addressing employee inquiries.
