The Opportunity As Payroll Officer, you will support the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of end-to-end domestic and international payroll services for our Australian and global workforce across the Asia Pacific region and the UK. Working closely with Payroll, HR and Finance stakeholders, you will help ensure employees are paid correctly and supported professionally, while contributing to payroll reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen payroll operations, support operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.   Key Responsibilities * Supporting end-to-end payroll processing activities * Managing payroll data, leave records and timesheet administration * Responding to payroll-related enquiries across the organisation * Supporting payroll reconciliations and reporting * Assisting with compliance across Fair Work, taxation and superannuation obligations * Contributing to payroll process improvement initiatives     About You You are someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates professionally and works well in a collaborative environment. You are also organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.   What We Value Essential * 1-2 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing, or similar experience managing employee payments within Australian legislative frameworks. * Sound knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, statutory obligations and payroll compliance requirements. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. * The ability to respond calmly and professionally to urgent or last-minute payroll matters. * Strong systems capability and confidence learning new platforms and processes. * High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business.   Desirable * Experience with international payroll exposure will be highly regarded but is not essential.   #LI-AUSBRIT
