About the opportunity As a Payroll Officer, you will work in our friendly and supportive payroll team and be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll fortnightly. You will work closely with our HR & finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional service to our staff. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process end-to-end payroll for 2000+ employees on a fortnightly basis. Maintain and update employee records in Payroll system. Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolution. Prepare reconciliations for leave balances and backpays. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy. Interpret complex EBA's and Awards Process terminations.
