Responsibilities
  • Prepare, collect and verify monthly payroll inputs;
  • Verify data in HRIS tool is up to date in connection with compensation and benefit data;
  • Review payroll reports and payslips for accuracy before distribution;
  • Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions;
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes with payroll-related documentation;
  • Support to respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits;
  • Support to coordinate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies;
  • Help prepare internal payroll summaries and reports for management;
  • Support and control of the compensation review process;
  • Data quality checks in the HR tool;
  • Support to the HR reporting;
  • Data quality checks.
