REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years’ payroll experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Knowledge of payroll systems and Australian employment legislation
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all team members
• Maintain payroll records and reporting in compliance with relevant legislation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding payroll requirements
• Liaise with HR and management regarding payroll queries
• Weekly and monthly payroll reporting
• Support end-of-year payroll and reporting processes
