Description
Working with people in over 200 countries and territories, we are on the ground in more than 100 countries. Ensure MyHR and payroll software data is accurate, regularly updated, and reflected in monthly dashboards. Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports for stakeholders, supporting data reviews across multiple countries. Assist in reviewing employee data for payroll runs, escalating discrepancies to the Line Manager as needed. Ensure payroll records are archived or destroyed in line with country-specific data protection policies. Assist in setting up and adhering to the annual payroll calendar, coordinating inputs from internal teams and vendors. Support regional payroll strategy by reviewing delivery models for compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist with manual payroll calculations, statutory payments, and final settlements for leavers. Ensure timely distribution of payslips and consolidation of payroll reports with proper approvals. Prepare payroll-related journals and accruals, and support overtime and reimbursement processes. Manage timely processing of purchase requests and orders for HR vendor payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
