QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Certificate IV in Payroll Administration, Accounting, or a related qualification (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within medium to large organisations preferred.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g. Preceda, Dayforce,SAP.HR3 , or equivalent).
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
