Ō PŪKENGA/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This is a fixed-term parental leave cover, so we will be looking for someone with previous payroll experience. If your experience looks a little different from what we have outlined and believe you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Payroll experience, data entry for payroll changes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Good communicator both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and effective networks across the Ministry.
  • Confident experience with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Previous experience with SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll would be an advantage.
