    The Role
    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our supportive and dedicated team at our office. In this role, you will work closely with our Payroll Manager and be responsible for assisting with end-to-end payroll processing. Your efforts will ensure that our incredible team members are paid accurately and on time – every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for our growing team
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with award requirements
  • Manage superannuation, leave entitlements, and payroll queries
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliation as required
  • Liaise with our Operations and HR team to support smooth payroll operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in payroll processing (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (Dayforce or similar is a plus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation
  • A great communicator who thrives in a team environment
