Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Payroll Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Docklands. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of the organisation’s pay runs and observing the necessary legislation, organisational policies, and procedures. Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all team members across payroll, time, and attendance systems
  • Support the wider payroll team in smoothly rolling out weekly and fortnightly pay runs while being the first point of call for other departments relating to payroll concerns
  • Extract reports from payroll systems and analyse and report on findings
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer inquiries from team members, providing timely and accurate information regarding their pay, deductions, and entitlements
  • Assist with payroll audits and reporting, ensuring all documentation is accurate and properly maintained for internal and external review
