About the Role Join our vibrant team on a 12-month contract (with the option to transition to permanent) and take ownership of payroll excellence. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time while contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process Two fortnightly pay runs for employees and contractors with precision.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and NRI’s internal policies.
  • Maintain impeccable employee records, timesheets, and leave balances.
  • Be the go-to person for payroll queries, resolving them with professionalism and care.
  • Support audits, reporting, and reconciliations to keep everything running smoothly.

Who You Are: You’re an ambitious payroll professional who sets high standards and loves a challenge. You bring:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-payrun environment.
  • Exceptional time management to meet tight deadlines with ease.
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail—nothing slips past you!
  • Advanced Excel skills to crunch numbers like a pro.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with your team and stakeholders.
